New Michigan Law Will Allow Expungement of Juvenile Records With Three Convictions
A new law has been passed in Michigan which will allow more people with juvenile records to clear their criminal history. In the past a person could only clear one misdemeanor. However, the new law allows people to clear up to three misdemeanor juvenile convictions or one felony and two misdemeanor juvenile convictions.
